Things you need to know…
At Living in Linen, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more, and reach out today with any questions.
All our items are carefully handmade for each individual order and we do not have stock available that is ready to ship. As a result we have a 5 – 10 working day turnaround for order.
Once we have finished and checked your item, we will notify you that its ready to be shipped. Delivery will take place in 1 – 3 working days. We will notify you immediately should there be any delays with your order.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same process as below. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship your exchange (subject to stock availability).
Refunds are issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@livinginlinen.co.za with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll prioritise a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item: To be eligible for a return, is unworn, unwashed, and unused, still has all original tags and packaging attached and is not a sale or custom item. Once the return has been approved, we will refund you in the form of a Living in Linen Voucher. Shipping costs for returns are for clients own account.
To initiate an exchange, refund or return, please email us at info@livinginlinen.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, refund or return, and the reason for it.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note that:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
